Forums cleanup: Please help

We need a little help cleaning up the forums. Sometimes people post there and old, obsolete things about ancient tours remains.

If you are reading in the forum and come across an item that is out of date, irrelevant, or generally obsolete, please click the little link below it that says "mark obsolete". We'll delete it and we can have a less-cluttered site.

Beginner Tour

Touring Notes - Your tours, planned tours, looking for riders

Hello, my husband and I tour, but nothing outside the US. Simply not able to at this time. However, we are trying to get a small group(5-6) together to get others interested in touring as well. So we're planning on doing the Silver Comet that goes across Georgia and Alabama. We are planning to go in March. We are looking for any tips on good B&B's, hotels, campsites, or even warm showers folks for places to stay. If anyone has any good info I would appreciate it you could pass it on. If you pass near the Appalachian Trail there is always free camping and often great hostels. That'll only help you in Georgia though.
