Forums cleanup: Please help

We need a little help cleaning up the forums. Sometimes people post there and old, obsolete things about ancient tours remains.

If you are reading in the forum and come across an item that is out of date, irrelevant, or generally obsolete, please click the little link below it that says "mark obsolete". We'll delete it and we can have a less-cluttered site.

Where do you start?? I will cycle from Eindhoven/Holland to Southern Germany and sleep at Warmshowers hosts only.

So if you come from the North or England we could do part of the trip together. I am an old "world cyclist" and can cycle 100 to 200 km per day depending on the terrain.

Hi Husam,

I don't plan my trip yet, I've done it before and wait until the weather is warmer. I will do the trip many times. I have very little money but a lot of time as I'm jobless.

The distance is about 600 km from Eindhoven to Reutlingen where my mother lives in a home for the elderly. I will visit Warmshowers hosts and probably two friends on the way, in Heidelberg and Lauffen at the river Neckar. The riding is quite easy as I will cycle most of the distance along rivers, the Rhine and Neckar. I plan to do the trip in 4 days so you should have a good saddle and some long distance cycling experience. I use an old Schauff steel ATB prototype from 1990 with a Rohloff gear hub and a BOB trailer.
