Marking Members "Responsive" or "Unresponsive"

We really want members to be responsive, and want people to know when they are.

At the bottom of each member's page is a box where you can mark them "responsive" or "unresponsive" and also see what other members have concluded.

In addition, each member's "last login" time is now shown on their page. This may or may not indicate whether they'll be responsive to you, as some of our members do not use the computer as much as they love hosting cyclists. But remember that we do ask everyone to log in and update their information at least once each year.

How to respond to postings that you read via email

With the new notification method about posts on Warm Showers, you get a nice looking email. The title of the article is a link to the actual article on the Warmshowers.org site. If you want to respond to someone (perhaps they've asked a question, or looking for partners for a ride), just click on the title in the email - that will take you to the warmshowers site, where you can respond. Responding to the email won't work, since the email is just a notification about a posting on the site.
