Touring Notes - Your tours, planned tours, looking for riders

Looking at spending 6-8 weeks in the South Island. Want to capture it well so plan to incorporate side trips (eg Milford Sound Track, etc) and have time to chill. Would love to have some cycling buddies to join me on the trip and share the adventures!! I am sooo excited ... already!
