santa monica peir to NYC in Sept/Oct

Touring Notes - Your tours, planned tours, looking for riders

Im biking from Santa Monica to NYC starting late Sept. Anyone with ANY bit of advice would be helpful. Is there a good source of information for doing something like this? I really need information on weather conditions typical during that time of year. should I be expecting snow? heavy rains? my email is davidwcline@gmail.com
