Spam filters and Whitelisting

We are happy to have you as a member of the Warm Showers List electronic bicycling touring community.

In order to keep the list current (as we know you want it to be) we need to be able to contact you by email on occasion.

In an effort to reduce spam, a lot of legitimate email gets blocked. Please ensure that this does not happen to you by adding wsl@warmshowers.org to your "white list" of approved senders.

AOL users:
In your "address book" click "add contact" for wsl at wsl@warmshowers.org

Hotmail users:
Once you have logged on clicked "Contact" and then from the left-hand menu choose "Safe List" and add wsl@warmshowers.org

Yahoo! users:
Once you are logged into your account click "Mail," and select"Options" and then:

• Click "Filters"
• Click "Add"
• Click on the text box at the top ("From header") and enter wsl@warmshowers.org
• In the pull-down menu for "Move the message to," choose "Inbox"
• Click "Add Filter"
• Also, please add the address wsl@warmshowers.org to your address book.

For all others:
Please add wsl@warmshowers.org to your address book or list of contacts.

By following the instructions above, you will hopefully get every announcement and important piece of news that we send. It is unfortunate that you may need to take these special steps to receive our messages, but it is a small effort to make sure you are well informed.
