I noticed one week ago, yesterday i was sore: when i reply via email to a messge that reply does not go in WS messages.
Do you know why ? someone else noticed it ?

same issue : at least one answer we made by email wasn't delivered, and same thing for at least one answer made to us. Plus we received an intriguingly low number of answers recently. We've just sent a message via the contact form to report the problem.
Same here. I replied to a message via email last week but the text of that mail didn't get added to the conversation of the message here on the website, so then I copied my reply and did it via the site. Thought it was my mistake somehow, apparently not.
