The WS app on my iPhone 4S crashes moments after entering text into the host search field. The app doesn't close. It switches to the background and sends my iPhone to the home screen.

I'm having this problem, too, on my iPad. I've tried removing and re-installing the app and have switched my device on and off. All to no avail. Did you ever solve this problem?

Thanks. No, I think it's an issue the app has with iOS. Not such a big deal, just y'know.
Try using your browser to log into the full warm showers.org site. The apps are limited as you can not use them to leave feedback. All apps will be obsolete when the new, and responsive, site is launched later this summer.
There is a bug on the website too. Been that way for more than a year.

It also happens on my 6S, every single time. But then I tried to see if the app works in airplane mode (it does, but does not load maps) and surprisingly the app didn't crash when searching for hosts.

This issue seems to be finally fixed at least from a browser standpoint.
I am really missing a relaunch of the app!!!
The app for iOS is missing!!!!! It has been much more convinent then a mobile Website!
Before the map always could locate where I am. Now USA is presented always and I have to search where I want to go. Mobile the search doesn't work easily! Why USA, why not Austria as starting Country ( ;-) ) real Location would be best! Is USA, a Country of fake News without climate Change so important?
The favorite users are lost on the mobile website! They haven't worked correct in the app but have been promised to be working after the relaunch. All the users / guests we tried to safe as favorites are lost!
