Hi, my name is Tanner. I'm from New Mexico, USA. I'm doing a cycle tour from Amsterdam down to Morocco. I'm looking for potential hosts and locals with advice as to good cycling roads and fun things to do in the city. I will be in Amsterdam from the 8th of September and probably stay for around a week or so. I will be exploring the city everyday. I do not mind helping out with chores or contributing to meals. Please let me know if you are available to host or have any advice about cycling around Amsterdam.
Also, if anybody else is doing a similar route is fall I could use a cycling partner.
Thanks and have a nice day.
If we're home, we can host you.
Thanks a lot Jonathan. I will give you a ring when I figure out when I will be in Brussels. That is where you are located, right?
If you go South maybe you will pass Eindhoven. You will be welcome. Have a nice trip. Watch out for the Moroccan touts/thieves. All Westerners are great bait ...
Happy trails, Jörg.
Tanner
You could try the coast line of Holland, from Amsterdam to Rotterdam, and the the province Zeeland, where you can travel along the dutch deltawerken.
Look into this website: http://www.holland.com/us/tourism/activities/attractions-in-holland-1/waterworks/delta-works.htm
I live in the South of Holland, and you are more than welcome to stay, from here you can travel along the belgium and french coast towards spain and marocco
