Cycling in guine conakry, cote ivoire and ghana

We just arrived in dakar senegal and want to continue. Still we have already some
Problems to get the visa form ghana (only possible in the resident country). So we want to cycle down there. Has anybody some experiences of cycling in guinea conacry, cote ivoire and ghana? How are the roads? How is the security in cote ivoire?
