cycling san juan, argentina area

Hello fellow ciclotouristas!
I am currently in Mendoza and soon to start cycling towards San Juan. The idea MAYBE to continue on the road towards the Parque Ischigualasto and north. Has anyone done this that can give me some advice or insight into the route? Would be very much appreciated! Thank you!
