My girlfriend and I spent a marvelous month cycling around Myanmar (Burma) this past winter. I put together some travel notes with maps and accommodation information for those that might be considering this destination next winter or at some point in time. The tourist boom is really moving along so I'd suggest sooner than later.

Hi. Just wondering if you have any idea if its possible to cycle across from India and out into Thailand? Pics look great !
As far as I know this would not be possible as there are no land crossings open to foreign cyclists. Unfortunately, the only real option is to fly into Mandalay or Yangon.
