Short tour in Nepal - Annapurna and around pokhara

I am in pokhara and keen to find buddies for a shirt cycle tour in the area in the next few weeks. If you do not have a bike there are lots of places to rent decent bikes here.

Any tips on routes much obliged!

maybe planning around annapurna but still too cold i think right now
longer term plan is in a few week cycle to Dharamsala then as weather warms, up to Ladakh and Kashmir for July and Sept festivals then who knows
