Is there a feature which indicates "Read" after hosts have read mail from guests looking for an accommodation? Not hearing from hosts, who have read but not acknowledged such mails after a few days, would indicate they are not available.

Wouldn't it be easier to assume nobody is able to host you until you hear otherwise from them?
