Tampa/St. Pete Florida up to Jacksonville Florida

we'll be riding along the "big 3" trails - Pinnellas, Suncoast and Withlacoochee Rail-Trails, then over to Silver Springs and Pelatka, Anastasia State Park...and to the train station in Jax...any ideas for routes? fun stuff to see and do? early March maybe azaleas? whoppee//// mostly camping and warm showers...
