Hello! I recently posted on here a trip to gauge interest. I've moved past the initial planning stages and I'm starting to look into the details. Here is my updated plan.
My plan is to leave from Helena, MT and travel west until connecting with the ACA Northern Tier route and then at Twisp, WA strike south on the ACA Sierra Cascade route. I plan on following this until Yosemite. From Yosemite, I then plan on going west until hitting the ACA Pacific Coast Route. Upon reaching the end of the Pacific Coast Route, I then plan on crossing the border and making my way down the Baja. At La Paz, I may fly home or I may fly south to Colombia and keep going.
The pace will be slow and will definitely take multi-day breaks to explore off the bike. I'm up for wild camps, hostels, occasional hotels, campgrounds, warm showers, and woofing.
I hope to start in May or June 2017, depending on snow levels.
Companion should ideally be:
Male/Female: Either is fine.
Age: I'm 23 but age doesn't matter to me.
Gay/Straight: Whatever floats your boat is fine with me.
Martial status: Whatever
Dietary preference: Whatever
Hit me up if your interested at all, can be the whole thing or just part of the trip.
