I want to bike from San Francisco to LA, and I would love local tips about how to do it despite the road closures. Help mapping an alternative route is very much welcome. Also, locals, do you know, is there a way to still see Big Sur?

If you do Facebook, there is a group for the Pacific Coast route including SF to LA and plenty of discussion about alternatives. Not actually done it myself but you may find someone in this group who can help you.
