I think it would be helpful to subdivide "Region and Country-Specific Information" into specific areas, so that members can easily view topics in a region they're familiar with to give more frequent advice. I enjoy reading about all areas, but would check regions I'm familiar first.
The subdivisions could be links at the top of the page, with all threads from all regions directly below (the current configuration of not subdivided), for those that want to browse by recently posted from all regions.
