rhine river from karlsruhe to rotterdam - bike rental return and car parking

dear friends, 

we are planning a bike trip along the rhine river of about 12 days from karlsruhe to rotterdam 

do you know any bike rental/operator that rent bike in germany and can collect them in rotterdam? 

can you suggest a safe inexpensive car park for 2 weeks in karlsruhe?
