Hi!
I will be arriving in Plymouth in 10 days to start my 3 week trip, and am looking for beautiful areas to visit in England.
Found out that Yorkshire, Lincolnshire, Cumbria are popular places to visit, I'll try to go there but do you know of any other beautiful areas further south?

Victor, have you already completed your trip? Some other areas to consider that are further South and nearer Plymouth would include Dartmoor, New Forest, South Downs National Park, the Cotswolds and the Brecon Beacons. Yes I did my trip last summer, basically from Plymouth to Canterbury (passing by London) and went back to Plymouth by the south coast.
I enjoyed Exeter, the canals from Somerset to London, the east coast of Kent, Brighton, Winchester, the New forest National Park is wonderful, and back to the coast (windy but beautiful) to Torquay.
What was hard for me was the hilly and narrow roads in Devon and south Dorset.
