North Carolina - 'Ports of Call' NC Bike Route 3

I am looking for a trip in early March.
Something along the lines of this - http://www.ncdot.gov/travel/mappubs/bikemaps/ (See Ports of Call)

Has anyone done this?
Does anyone have access to an electronic version of the map?
(I have ordered Delorme and Rand McNally maps so far)

I won't be camping this time, so B&B's will be sorted.

An advice appreciated (I have only road cycled in quiet areas of Illinois in the US, but have toured in other counties)
