Hi, instead of just having a tick box to indicate if any hosts are unavailable, can we please introduce a way of making diaries for hosts? For example, I know in advance, that I will be unavailable from 8-18 april, but that doesn't mean that I am unavailable any other times. So can we please have an opportunity to say when we are unavailable, and still be open for bookings when we are at home and would relish in having visitors? Thanks! :-)

I second this.
the problem is not the complexity of the site; it is just three lines (see http://i.trail.it/WS : the calendar is made automatically from an external database that has the days I am available, which room is available and how many request i have had) .
The problem is having the person that updates it regularly.
Otherwise a button that says "available next n days, with n < 30" that changes the colour of the marker on the map and after that time, if the owner does not renew it, turn back to "normal" state.
I now tend to opt out for a whole month or so, just to reduce the requests I have to refuse. Would be better to maintain a littel availability calender.
