I am currently in eastern Oklahoma. I don't have the tools or the motivation to dissassemble my tricycle myself, so I'd like recommendations of shops near Fort Smith to replace a Nexus three-speed hub with an eight- or eleven-speed. Also if possible to put quick-releases on the wheels.
