If anyone is touring in Ireland at the moment or planning a tour you are welcome to come along to Leitrim Cycling Festival in the northwest of the country. It runs from the 17th to the 19th of September in the small picturesque village of Kiltyclogher. It's a beautiful part of the country off the beaten track with a quiet network of roads that are ideal for cycling. There is camping available and lots of family friendly events, music, art, and food!

The festival will be on in May 2022 to coincide with bike week. It is in a different location in Leitrim every year, this years location has not been announced yet. Keep an eye on the Facebook page for updates!

Hi Laura, thanks for the info, very great idea. Never been to Ireland, but am planning a cycling tour around the country. Not sure if I will manage this year, but latest the next one shall work out. Would you know more exact dates for 2022?
