I am a 68 year old male riding across the US via a modified Transamerica Route beginning June 2024. Starting in Seattle and ending on the coast of NC where I live. Looking for riding companions! This is my first cross country and longest adventure. Lot of multi-day bike camping trips...Katy Trail, Natchez Trace, etc.
Very avid rider (and long distance runner), Want to average 50/60 miles a day (tail winds and down hill day can ride much longer)......average speed 12/15 mph with fully loaded panniers and gear. Have routes, gear and are scoping out camp site locations now. Join Me!
